Simply choose your desired type of portrait (family or closeup) from the menu with the correct amount of people and pets. Then check out like you know it from other online shops.

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after you ordered your portrait.

Any type of photo is welcome! If you ordered a family portrait, it is
helpful to see the entire person and not just the face. However, it is
NOT IMPORTANT that every family member is on the same picture. I am
happy to compose your family out of a range of impressions. Every
picture says a lot about a person! For family portraits, it is helpful
to know everybody's age, height and eye colour. At last, I need to know
which title you anticipate for your portrait, i.e. 'The Müller family'
or 'Our family'. You are free to choose no title at all!

You will have the opportunity to see your portrait before it is
printed. I am going to send you a watermarked illustration hoping that I
met your expectations and everybody is happy. However, it is sometimes
necessary to change things i.e. if I drew your mom with a skirt,
although she always wears pants. Or if you always wear glasses, but I
left them away because they weren't on each photo that you sent me. I
consider these changes to be minor and am happy to do them for you.

Once you sign off your portrait, it will be sent to the printer.

From the day of your order to the moment that you will receive your
printed portrait usually pass 2-4 weeks, depending on the amount of
portraits that I am currently working on. But be assured, that I will
always keep you posted on the status and progress of your illustration!
