Unfortunately, all custom orders are not eligible for any return.

Shipping + Handling

Your package is usually brought to you by UPS, in exceptional cases I use DHL, DPD or Hermes. I try to get your package to you as soon as possible, ideally within 2-3 working days after completion of your art print. Shipping costs are 9,90€ and include postage as well as a sturdy cardboard packaging, so your portrait won't bend.

Please inspect your package upon arrival to make sure it is not damaged from the outside. In case that your portrait does have a crease without any visible outside damage, please send me an email at hello@denni-k.de.
